For over nine years, First Baptist, Devine has provided ministries to Adults and Youth with Special Needs (physical and intellectual disabilities).  We currently offer Sunday School through the Job Bible class which meets at 9:45 a.m. Sundays in the west Sanctuary overflow room.  The class is taught by Mary Jane Balderrama, Stephanie Covarrubia and Kris Summers.

Our students also enjoy eating out and viewing movies in San Antonio, going on fishing trips, and other outings througout the year.

On August 13 -15, 2009 we took students to our Special Needs South Retreat at Alto Frio Encampment.  Besides, swimming, fishing, challenge courses, great food, and games.  We conducted the Boomarang Express Vacation Bible School for youth and adults with special needs. 

On Sunday, October 11, 2009 our Job Bible Class went to Devine Acres after worship.

We could use a man to join us on our Job Bible Class faculty!
